Open the above site on your mobile and type in your mobile number and you will receive OTP, soon after you verify OTP, next page shows the numbers of all the SIM cards purchased with your Aadhaar number, You will have option to ban any of the number from any operator both postpaid and prepaid from Airtel Jio VI MTNL and BSNL.
