If a customer is in ARP and customer wishes to join Airtel Broadband + TV Plan (Airtel Black) customers can change to the Airtel Broadband + TV plan through the Airtel App. Once the change is made, your plan will convert to a monthly billing plan, and any remaining balance from your current plan will be adjusted in your future bills.
